2. Availability Review
Our team reviews the requested products and available inventory.

3. Customized Wholesale Quotation

Wholesale pricing and availability are not fixed on the website because they may vary according to the specific requirements of each order.
4. Order Confirmation
Once the buyer accepts the quotation, the products, quantities, conditions, pricing, and applicable commercial terms are confirmed before the order proceeds.
A quotation request by itself does not reserve inventory or constitute a confirmed purchase.
5. Commercial Documentation & Payment
After order confirmation, the applicable commercial documentation and payment instructions are provided.
Orders are processed according to the payment requirements and terms agreed for the specific transaction.
6. Preparation & FOB Miami Delivery
Once the applicable order requirements have been completed, the merchandise is prepared for delivery in Miami according to the agreed terms.
When the transaction is conducted under FOB Miami, the buyer is responsible for arranging transportation from the agreed delivery point and for handling subsequent export, import, customs, duties, taxes, permits, and other requirements associated with moving the merchandise to its final destination, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
